Our Story

Taylored Cuisine was Established in 2020 by head chef and owner Brendan Taylor, with the idea of bringing his years of michelin starred experience combined with time spent working in elite private residences to the events space.

under the tutelage of Raymond blanc at renowned restaurant Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons An appreciation & understanding of ingredients, seasons & technical knowledge, have been the foundation that has underpinned our offering.

Combining a knowledge of modern european & asian cuisine from time spent at Maze by Gordon Ramsey, which has added a fresh & modern APPROACH to our cooking style at Taylored Cuisine.

The team at Taylored Cuisine is passionate & driven to make your event a delicious & memorable experience.
